  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  • pepper to taste
  • 3-4 cups steamed rice
  • Garnishes: Slivered almonds, Green Onion, Pineapple tid bits, fried wonton strips


  • Make the gravy by combining soup, broth and sour cream in a crock pot. Stir to combine.
  • Add chicken cubes and pepper, stir. Let set in crock pot for 30 minutes.
  • While gravy and chicken are in the slow cooker, make wonton strips by cutting wonton wrappers in strips and frying until golden brown.
  • Serve over rice. Top with slivered almonds, green onions, fried wonton strips and any other garnishes desired.
