Ingredients

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8-10 asparagus spears
  • 3/4-1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • olive oil
  • lemon pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare asparagus by washing and trimming off ends.
  • Without cutting all the way through, cut chicken breasts on the side long-ways.
  • Stuff each breast with cheese and 2 spears.
  • Rub a little olive oil on the top of each breast and sprinkle with lemon pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
