- 24 chocolate chip cookies (I used Chips Ahoy)
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
Beat the cream in a large bowl till soft peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and continue beating till well blended.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Set aside about ¼ cup of the cookie dough. Break off little pieces of the remaining cookie dough and arrange them evenly over the filling. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Roll the remaining cookie dough into balls. Garnish each slice with whipped cream and a cookie dough ball.
