Ingredients

  • 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix and ingredients listed on back
  • angel food cake pan
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 small container cool whip
  • 1 box white chocolate pudding or vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pint strawberries half chopped up and the other half left whole

Instructions

  • Make Angel Food Cake as directed on box. Let cool and cut in half. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread half the mixture onto the first layer of Angel food cake. Add the top of the cake and add the rest of the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Right before serving, place chopped strawberries and whole strawberries on top. ENJOY!
