Bruschetta Panini Recipe

Crispy & juicy Bruschetta Panini is oozing with melted cheese. It's our new favorite sandwich recipe and is so easy and quick.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp mayo with olive oil

Instructions

  • Spread Mayo on back sides of bread and place back sides together.
  • Add turkey, cheese, basil and tomatoes.
  • Grill in panini press for about 3 minutes. If you do not have a grill, carefully place on skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Serve warm. ENJOY!
