Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon Herb Aioli Recipe

Tender, delicious asparagus is wrapped with savory prosciutto and baked to perfection! Paired with a deliciously simple Lemon Herb Aioli dipping sauce makes this an amazing appetizer any time the mood strikes!

Ingredients

  • 12-16 spears fresh asparagus
  • 3-5 oz prosciutto very thinly sliced, cut into halves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Lemon Herb Aioli

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise heaping
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp rosemary fresh, finely minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Rinse asparagus, and pat dry with paper towels. Wrap each individual spear of asparagus with a half piece of prosciutto and place on a baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp.
  • While asparagus is baking, in a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper. Serve along side the hot asparagus. Enjoy!
