Broccoli Slaw Recipe

Broccoli slaw is layered with green onions, oriental ramen noodles, peanuts, and sunflower seeds in a delicious dressing!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 3 oz package ramen noodles Chicken flavoring (plus seasoning packet reserved)
  • 2 heads Fresh broccoli diced
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds already shelled

Instructions

  • Make the dressing by combining the oil, vinegar, sugar and ramen seasoning packet in a small bowl. Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Combine broccoli pieces, carrots, chopped green onions and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl. Crush ramen noodles and add in.
  • Pour dressing over the slaw right before serving and serve immediately.
