Broccoli Slaw Recipe
Broccoli slaw is layered with green onions, oriental ramen noodles, peanuts, and sunflower seeds in a delicious dressing!

- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3 oz package ramen noodles Chicken flavoring (plus seasoning packet reserved)
- 2 heads Fresh broccoli diced
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds already shelled
Make the dressing by combining the oil, vinegar, sugar and ramen seasoning packet in a small bowl. Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Combine broccoli pieces, carrots, chopped green onions and sunflower seeds in a medium bowl. Crush ramen noodles and add in.
Pour dressing over the slaw right before serving and serve immediately.
