Spicy, chunky simple guacamole is so easy and addicting, it's sure to be a crowd pleaser! You won't be able to stop eating it.
- 5 avocados halved, peeled and seeded
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ½ onion chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper chopped and seeded
- 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp minced garlic
In a large bowl, place avocados and lime juice and mix until coated.
Add salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash and mix avocado mixture using a potato masher or the back of a spoon.
Fold in chopped onions, pepper, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic.
Add additional lime juice at the end to help keep guacamole from browning.
