Oven Bacon Recipe
Crispy bacon in the oven is SO easy, leaves no mess, and is perfectly crisp every time. Once you try oven-baked you'll never go back!
- 1 lb bacon (or as much bacon as you like)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with tin foil (optional, but allows for easy cleanup), and lay out as many bacon slices as you want on the sheet.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until it's cooked to your liking. It will cook perfectly on both sides, no need to flip it!
