These Breakfast Tacos will become your morning mealtime hero! eggs, bacon, cheese, and hash browns all stuffed in a soft mini tortilla!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mini tortillas
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces bacon halved
  • 2 cups cubed hash browns

Instructions
 

  • Scramble eggs over medium low heat. And add cheese, salt and pepper (plus peppers if wanted).
  • Cook up hashbrowns and bacon separately.
  • To make tacos, add eggs, a scoop of hashbrowns and a half piece of bacon. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with salsa.
