French Toast Recipe
Is there anything better than fluffy french toast topped with syrup, fresh berries, and dusted with powdered sugar? You are going to love this classic breakfast recipe!
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB sugar
- 4 TB butter
- 8 slices of bread (texas toast)
Add flour to a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk, salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan, over medium heat. Cook each side until golden brown. Serve hot.
