Vegetable Soup Recipe

- 2 14.5 oz cans chicken or vegetable broth low sodium
- 1 14.4 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup carrots peeled, chopped
- 1.5 cups golden potatoes peeled, cubed
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup fresh green beans chopped
- 1 cup corn canned or frozen
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
In a cooking pot add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, carrots, potatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and add the green beans. Simmer the soup for 25 minutes.
Add the corn and season with garlic salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot
