Turkey Chili Recipe

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey (or shredded turkey)
- 2 cups water
- 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 16 oz. can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz. can corn
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook turkey in a large pot over medium heat with olive oil.
Pour water, tomatoes, beans, garlic and spices into the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
