2 tsp olive oil 1 lb ground turkey (or shredded turkey) 2 cups water 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1 16 oz. can kidney beans drained and rinsed 1 15 oz. can corn 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook turkey in a large pot over medium heat with olive oil.
Pour water, tomatoes, beans, garlic and spices into the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
