Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 16 oz. container cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush the melted butter onto a 9x13 casserole dish and set aside.
  • Add eggs to a large bowl and whisk together. Whisk in cheeses, flour, and salt and pour into the baking dish. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
