- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 16 oz. container cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush the melted butter onto a 9x13 casserole dish and set aside.
Add eggs to a large bowl and whisk together. Whisk in cheeses, flour, and salt and pour into the baking dish. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
