Crock Pot Creamed Corn Recipe
A big holiday dinner wouldn't be complete without rich flavorful creamed corn! It's creamy, buttery, and cheesy. Everyone's favorite holiday side dish!
- 16 oz frozen corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Use a medium sized saucepan to heat up the cream cheese, butter, milk, sugar, pepper and garlic salt. Mix until well blended.
Place the frozen corn in the slow cooker and cover with the cream cheese mixture. Cook on High for 1 hour or Low for 2-3 hours, making sure to mix before serving.
