Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Roasted cauliflower is the perfect healthy side dish for so many dinner meals. It's simple to throw into the oven and comes out golden brown with a little crunch.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1 head cauliflower cut into medium florets
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Line Baking sheet with foil or grease baking sheet.
Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
Whisk in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss cauliflower with oil mixture and spread onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 18 - 22 minutes tossing caulifloer once during baking time. ENJOY warm!
