  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 tbsp light olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil dried
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 6 oz. salmon fillets


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley in a medium bowl.
  • Place fillets in a greased baking dish and pour marinade over the salmon and toss to make sure it gets coated on all sides.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
