How to Freeze Pancakes
Freezing pancakes is my all-time favorite mom hack. Make a big batch, throw them in the freezer, and you've got an easy breakfast for busy mornings!
- wax paper
- freezer safe storage container
Once the pancakes have been made, allow them to cool and prep them for the freezer.
Stack pancakes separating each layer with parchment paper.
Place the pancakes in a freezer safe storage container (ziploc bag, empty bread bag, or tupperware).
To reheat small batches of pancakes: use a microwave, toaster, or griddle.
To reheat larger batches of pancakes: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the pancakes in single layer on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
