Flatbread Wrap Recipe
Three variations of delicious flatbread pinwheels are easy to assemble and make the best school lunches, or shareable appetizers!

Pizza Wrap
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 large pepperoni slices or a handful of regular pepperonis
Ham and Swiss Wrap
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 6-10 slices deli ham
Chicken, Cheddar, and Lettuce
- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 slices deli sliced chicken breast
Assemble desired ingredients on flatbread, and roll into a wrap starting on the short side of the flatbread.
Use toothpicks to hold wrap together, and cut into pinwheels (at least 1.5 inches thick) using a serrated knife for best results.
Serve cold.
