3 Ingredient Banana Bread Recipe

Easy, quick and delicious banana bread made with only 3 ingredients - overripe bananas, eggs and yellow cake mix. Add a 4th ingredient - chocolate chips - if you love them!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas overripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yellow cake mix box

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a medium bowl.

  2. Add eggs and cake mix and mix by hand with a wooden spoon. 

  3. Grease only the bottoms of your bread pans and fill to half full. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325. Be sure to check the middle with a toothpick before taking out. You may need to extend bake times based on how hot your oven cooks.
