Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe
Creamy, savory hamburger stroganoff is a perfect weeknight dinner. It is full of flavor and comes together quickly.

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 c beef broth
- 1 c sour cream
- garlic salt and pepper to taste to taste
Stove Top:
Using a medium pot, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
While noodles are cooking, add the ground beef to a large skillet. Break up and cook it until it is no longer pink.
Once the meat has browned, sprinkle the flour over the meat. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add the garlic powder and beef broth. Mix and cook until hot.
Add the sour cream to the skillet stir until smooth. Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes or until hot throughout. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Put the cooked egg noodles in a serving bowl and pour the beef mixture over the top. Enjoy!
Slow Cooker:
Brown the meat until no longer pink. Place the meat, flour, garlic salt and beef broth into the crock pot. Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Toward the end of the 4 hours, stir in the sour cream until smooth.
Cook the egg noodles on the stove according to package directions. Pour the stroganoff over the noodles and serve.
