Toasted bread rounds are topped with a mixture of juicy tomatoes, ripe avocado, and fresh mozzarella to make this Bruschetta Caprese.

- 1/2 medium avocado chopped
- 1 medium ripe tomato chopped
- 1/2 c fresh mozzarella chopped
- 2-3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp dried basil OR 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Mix the avocado, tomato, and mozzarella together in a small bowl.
Spoon the mixture onto the crostini, then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle the basil over the top. Serve immediately.
