Toasted bread rounds are topped with a mixture of juicy tomatoes, ripe avocado, and fresh mozzarella to make this Bruschetta Caprese.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado chopped
  • 1 medium ripe tomato chopped
  • 1/2 c fresh mozzarella chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp dried basil OR 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • Mix the avocado, tomato, and mozzarella together in a small bowl.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the crostini, then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle the basil over the top. Serve immediately.
