  • 1/4 c unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with a silpat. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl. Add the Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt. Mix together and set aside.
  • Open the can of biscuits. Cut each of the 8 pieces of dough in half so that you have 16 pieces of dough. Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
  • Tie each rope into a knot. Place them on the baking sheet making sure to tuck the end of the rope under the knot.
  • Brush the tops of the dough knot with half of the butter mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove knots from the oven and brush with the remaining butter mix. Serve warm.
