Ingredients
1lbsausagesuch as Jimmy Dean
110 oz. canRotel diced tomatoes and green chiliesundrained
18 oz. packagecream cheesecut into pieces
1cupshredded cheeseMexican or Colby Jack
Instructions
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink and it's crumbled. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the can of Rotel and the shredded cheese. Mix until cheese has melted and is combined with the sausage crumbles. Serve warm.
Notes
You can use a slow cooker to cook the dip or to keep it warm. To cook the dip first, brown the sausage until no loner pink. Next, place it, and the rest of the ingredients, into the slow cooker and cook on LOW until creamy and heated throughout.
