  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in milk, eggs and butter and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out almost 1 cups worth of batter and pour onto greased waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes, or until golden brown.
