- 1 cup biscuit baking mix of choice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup salted butter melted
- 1 (15 ounce) can peaches drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the melted butter and mix until just combined.
Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish. Spoon drained peaches into mixture (do not mix). Bake for 44-48 minutes or until golden brown.
