Everyone loves a good pico recipe! This versional calls for tomatoes, green chilis, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt and is SO addicting!

  • 1/2-1 red/purple onion chopped
  • 8 roma tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • avocados (optional) chopped


  • After chopping all ingredients, add to bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Right before serving add cilantro (and avocados if desired) and ENJOY!
