Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken drumettes
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 12 oz bottle of hot sauce Crystal's or Frank's
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Begin by rinsing the wings (cutting off any excess fat) and patting dry.
  • Then, toss the wings in a plastic bag full of flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and dash of pepper. When you dredge the chicken wings in flour, it helps them become crispy when baked.
  • Place wings in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet that is greased. Bake for about 30 minutes, making sure to turn them half way through (at 15 minutes).
  • While chicken wings are baking, prepare sauce by mixing 12 oz. buffalo sauce, a few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter. You will melt the two together until combined and heated through.
  • Once the wings are baked, you will toss the wings in the sauce and serve warm.
