- 4 oz containers egg product (such as Egg Beaters)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 30 peppermint candies crushed
Combine all ingredients (besides candies) in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour and up to 24 hours.
Using an ice cream maker, prepare ice cream according to manufacture’s direction, adding crushed candies during the last 5 minutes.
Pour ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until set.
