Crock Pot Rice Pudding Recipe

Slow Cooker Rice Pudding that is rich and creamy! This rice and milk treat with cinnamon is a cinch to make, especially since it's all done in the crock pot!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw rice (I used long grain)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Whisk together to blend in the cinnamon.

  2. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours, or on LOW for 4-5. I cooked mine on HIGH for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
