Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

This dip has all the flavor of buffalo wings in a creamy, simple dip! Easy buffalo chicken dip is perfect for parties and get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Pour into a greased 9-x-9-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheddar and the blue cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with bread or tortilla chips.

Notes

Make ahead of time. Make the dip as instructed through Step 4. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
Slow cooker directions. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese in a bowl, then pour into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1–2 hours, or until dip is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and the blue cheese crumbles on top and cook for 30 minutes more, until shredded cheese has melted.
