- 1/2 cup all purpose flour divided
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 4 (4)oz boneless pork chop loins
- 2 TB canola oil
- 1 (14.5) can chicken broth
Combine dry mustard, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, and 1/4 cup of your flour in a Ziploc bag. Add each pork chop one at a time, and shake well to coat all sides. Place in a large skillet with hot oil. Brown on both sides.
Place pork chops in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Top with chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until meat is tender.
Remove pork and set aside. Add remaining flour to cooking juices in crock pot. Whisk until smooth. Cover and cook on high until gravy is thickened. Pour over chops and enjoy!
