Cauliflower Soup Recipe
Cheesy and Delicious Cauliflower Soup. One of our favorite soup recipes to enjoy all year long! Ingredients include cauliflower, potato flakes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon!

- 4 c water
- 1 head cauliflower washed and chunked (cut in smaller chunks if desired)
- 1/2 c potato flakes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of potato soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6-8 cooked bacon slices or 1 jar dried beef
- cheddar cheese
Put cauliflower chunks in 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to low and mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm and sprinkle cheese on top. ENJOY!
