Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c roasted red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat, until it crumbles and is cooked through.

  2. Stir in cream cheese and remaining ingredients until melted.

  3. Spoon into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
