In a large bowl cream together butter, sugar and egg.
Mix flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Dip hands in flour and spread dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan in a circle making sure to leave 1-2 inches around the edges (the dough will spread as it bakes).
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. cool.
Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and pineapple juice. Spread over cookie crust.
Right before serving slice the fruit and decorate the top of the pizza. (Dip bananas in pineapple juice to keep from getting dark.) Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
