This BEST Fruit Pizza is an all-time favorite! It starts with a sugar cookie crust and is completely customizable with your favorite fruit.

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Fruit Topping

  • 1 can pineapple rings (save juice for frosting)
  • strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi


  • In a large bowl cream together butter, sugar and egg.
  • Mix flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
  • Dip hands in flour and spread dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan in a circle making sure to leave 1-2 inches around the edges (the dough will spread as it bakes).
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. cool.
  • Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and pineapple juice. Spread over cookie crust.
  • Right before serving slice the fruit and decorate the top of the pizza. (Dip bananas in pineapple juice to keep from getting dark.) Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
