Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 8 mozzarella balls
  • 3 leaves basil chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Cut avocados in half.
  • Spoon out a little more of the avocado and fill with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes.
  • Top with basil pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve right away. ENJOY!
