Greek Pasta Salad - bow tie pasta with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach, chickpeas and Greek Dressing!! Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups farfalle cooked
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas rinsed
  • Greek dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add cooked pasta to a bowl along with spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes.
  • Toss in chickpeas and add dressing, salt and pepper right before serving. (Chill if not serving immediately).
