  • 2 packages broccoli slaw
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 2-3 oz Oriental Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil


  1. Mix together slaw, green onions and crushed ramen noodles,

  2. Whisk together sugar, vinegar, oil and seasoning packets from noodles.
  3. Pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate to soften noodles. Add nuts and seeds just before serving.
