Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 3 lb chicken breast (3 chicken breasts)
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salsa, lime juice, taco seasoning and cilantro in your slow cooker. Place chicken breasts on top of the salsa mixture and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

  2. Spoon salsa over chicken breasts, cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 7-8 hours.

  3. Once done, remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with forks and return back to slow cooker to serve from making sure to put slow cooker to WARM.
