Blueberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½-¾ cup sugar, depending on the sweetness of your berries
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Add the blueberries and sugar to a medium saucepan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot and stir to combine.
  • Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until simmering. Simmer 2-3 minutes, gently mashing some of the blueberries with your spoon, until thickened.
  • Serve warm and refrigerate any leftovers.
