Blueberry Sauce Recipe

- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- ½-¾ cup sugar, depending on the sweetness of your berries
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Add the blueberries and sugar to a medium saucepan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot and stir to combine.
Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until simmering. Simmer 2-3 minutes, gently mashing some of the blueberries with your spoon, until thickened.
Serve warm and refrigerate any leftovers.
