Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp cold water
  • 4 cups whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.

  3. In a small bowl, beat the egg white lightly. Add water and beat until frothy. Add the almonds, and stir until well coated. 

  4. In a separate bowl (or ziploc bag), mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss to coat, and spread evenly on the greased pan.

  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until golden. Let cool and store in air-tight containers.
