Ingredients

  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 15 oz can Hormel Chili (no beans)
  • 3 tsp chili powder (less if you want it more mild)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut Velveeta into cubes. Place in medium pot with remaining ingredients.

  2. Stir and heat until all cheese is melted.
  3. Serve immediately.
