Ingredients

  • 2 cup rice
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a large pan and bring to a boil.

  2. Add lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes (stirring occasionally), until rice is cooked.

  3. Fluff and serve warm. ENJOY!
