Ingredients
1poundthin-sliced bacon,cut into quarters
36Club crackers
9slicesColby Jack cheese,cut into 6 parts
½cuplight brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Add a cooling rack on top of the foil and spray with cooking spray.
Assemble crackers by adding a slice of cheese to each cracker, followed by a quarter piece of bacon. Place assembled crackers on the cooling rack.
Once done, sprinkle the assembled crackers with brown sugar and bake for 40-45 minutes until the bacon looks cooked, rotating the pan halfway through.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store. Let the crackers cool and store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 4 weeks. Bring to room temp before serving.
