Equipment

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid.
  • Shake vigorously until combined well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Clear vinaigrette. The regular color of balsamic vinegar is brown so salad dressings made with it will be brown in color. Use white balsamic vinegar for the same taste but a clear color.
