Brownie Batter Dip Recipe

Brownie Batter Dip is a rich, creamy no-bake chocolate dip that mixes up in minutes and is perfect for parties, fruit, and sweet salty dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • cup baking cocoa
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • M&M's minis and dark chocolate chips, optional
  • graham crackers, pretzels and/or fresh strawberries pretzels and/or fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, brown sugar and vanilla and mix until combined and smooth.
  • Pour this into a serving bowl and top with mini M&Ms, toffee bites or sprinkles.

Notes

Recipe Tips
  • Make sure the cream cheese and butter are fully softened so the dip mixes up smooth.
  • Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa if possible, it helps prevent lumps.
  • Chill the dip for 30 minutes if you want it thicker for scooping and spreading.
  • Make-ahead tip, store it covered in the fridge and add toppings right before serving so they stay crunchy.
Store: Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
Freeze: Not recommended, cream cheese dips can change texture and turn grainy after thawing.
