- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1¼ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Season patties with as much of the seasoning as desired on both sides of the patties and grill, bake, or cook as desired.
Recipe Tips.
- Use the seasoning with ground beef (85/15 or 90/10) or ground turkey. You can mix it into meat, then shape the patties, or generously sprinkle it on the outside.
- Increase the amounts and keep a large batch on hand. Use 1-2 teaspoons of the burger seasoning mix for every pound of ground meat.
- The savory seasoning can also be used to flavor roasted vegetables, potato wedges, meatloaf, meatballs, and more.
