Charcuterie Cups Recipe

Charcuterie Cups pack cheese, meats, fruit, nuts, and crackers into cute single servings, perfect for parties, picnics, and easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • short skewers
  • 1 cup cheese cubes, different varieties of cheese
  • 24 pieces of meat, salami, pepperoni
  • nuts, almonds, pistachios, etc
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup whole strawberries
  • 6 breadsticks
  • 12 tall crackers
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary

Instructions

  • Make 12 skewers by adding 3 cheese cubes and 2 pieces of meat to each skewer in the pattern of cheese - meat - cheese - meat - cheese. Set aside.
  • Take each cup, and add a few nuts to the bottom of the cup.
  • Add a few grapes and blackberries on top of the nuts.
  • Add a breadstick and 2 tall crackers to each cup.
  • Add a sprig of rosemary to the cup.
  • Add 2 skewers to each cup followed by a whole strawberry or two.
  • Assemble right before serving.
