Charcuterie Cups Recipe
Charcuterie Cups pack cheese, meats, fruit, nuts, and crackers into cute single servings, perfect for parties, picnics, and easy entertaining.

- short skewers
- 1 cup cheese cubes, different varieties of cheese
- 24 pieces of meat, salami, pepperoni
- nuts, almonds, pistachios, etc
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup whole strawberries
- 6 breadsticks
- 12 tall crackers
- 6 sprigs of rosemary
Make 12 skewers by adding 3 cheese cubes and 2 pieces of meat to each skewer in the pattern of cheese - meat - cheese - meat - cheese. Set aside.
Take each cup, and add a few nuts to the bottom of the cup.
Add a few grapes and blackberries on top of the nuts.
Add a breadstick and 2 tall crackers to each cup.
Add a sprig of rosemary to the cup.
Add 2 skewers to each cup followed by a whole strawberry or two.
Assemble right before serving.
