Notes

Recipe Tips.
  • Chill the pineapple juice and soda before mixing so the punch is cold without needing too much ice.
  • Stir the pineapple juice and lemonade mix well so the mix dissolves completely.
  • Add Sprite or 7UP right before serving so the punch stays fizzy.
  • Use orange slices and cranberries on top for a pretty holiday presentation.
  • Make-ahead tip: mix the pineapple juice and lemonade mix ahead of time, then add soda, ice, oranges, and cranberries right before serving.
Make ahead of time. Mix the pineapple juice and pink lemonade mix and slice the oranges. Keep in separate containers in the fridge for 1-2 days. An hour or so before serving add the sprite to the punch mix and top with the garnishes.
Store. Due to the carbonation in the soda, this holiday punch recipe will eventually go flat. In the meantime, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. It is safe to drink for several days, even after the carbonation diminishes.
