- 16 ounces frozen corn kernels
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Use a medium-sized saucepan to heat up the cream cheese, butter, milk, sugar, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix until well blended.
Place the frozen corn in the slow cooker and cover it with the cream cheese mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 2-3 hours, making sure to mix before serving.
Thicken the corn. Uncover the crockpot and cook on HIGH for another 15 minutes to allow moisture to evaporate. As it cools down, the corn will thicken even more.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or spoon it in freezer bags and freeze for 3-4 months.
